Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This page explains how clash-ios.com (referred to below as "this site") handles data during your visit. This site is a purely static download and documentation resource, providing download links, installation guides, and configuration references for the Clash iOS client and related platform clients. Please read the following terms before using this site; continued access is taken as acknowledgment of this policy.
1. Scope of Data Collected
This site offers no account registration, login, comments, or subscription features, and includes no forms requiring personal information such as name, email address, or phone number. Browsing any page on this site never requires — and provides no means — for you to actively submit personal data.
As with any website, your browser sends technical information to the server when requesting a page, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, access time, and referring page. This information is a normal part of the HTTP protocol; this site uses it only for the aggregated analytics described in Section 2, does not use it to identify specific individuals, and does not link it to any personal identity information.
2. Analytics
This site runs a self-hosted analytics tool to understand page views, visitor sources, device types, and time spent on pages. The resulting data is aggregated and used to: assess how tutorials and documentation are actually used, identify mobile layout issues, and prioritize future content updates.
Analytics data is stored on servers maintained by this site itself and is not sold, exchanged, or transmitted to any third-party advertising platform. This site does not integrate third-party ad networks, does not use cross-site tracking technologies, and does not participate in any form of audience profiling.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
Pages on this site can be browsed in full without relying on cookies. Two situations may involve browser-side storage:
- The analytics script may set a technical cookie used to distinguish unique visitors, serving only the aggregated statistics described in Section 2 and containing no personal identity information;
- Some pages may use browser local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) to record interface state, such as whether a notice has already been shown during the current visit; this data stays on your own device and is never sent to a server.
You can clear the above cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings, or visit this site in private/incognito mode; core browsing functionality is unaffected either way.
4. Third-Party Links and Downloads
The clients listed on this site's download page (such as Clash Plus, Clash Verge Rev, and FlClash) are each maintained independently by their own development teams. The iOS client is distributed through the official App Store channel, and related links point to Apple's store listing and the developer's website, clashplus.io. Once you follow these links away from this site, subsequent data handling is governed by the privacy policy of that platform or site, which this site neither controls nor is responsible for.
We recommend always obtaining client installers through the official distribution channels listed on this site's download page, rather than unverified reposted links. Data generated while installing and running each client (such as subscription URLs or proxy configurations) is stored on your local device and is unrelated to this site; refer to each client's own privacy documentation for details.
5. Children's Information
Content on this site targets users with a degree of technical background and is not designed for, nor does it knowingly collect information from, minors. Since this site provides no information submission channel, normal browsing generates no retained personal information.
6. Policy Updates and Feedback
This policy may be updated as site features change; updated versions are published directly on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top revised accordingly. Significant changes (such as new categories of data collection) will be noted prominently on this page. If you use this site over an extended period, we recommend checking back on this page from time to time.
If you have questions about this policy, or run into specific issues while using a client, check this site's Quick Start Guide and Advanced Handbook, where most common questions are already addressed.
